The five components of the Switch cabinet power system are: generation, transmission, transformation, distribution, and utilization. One important component is the power distribution system. If there are problems in the power distribution process, it will have a significant impact on ordinary residents and large enterprises, and have a fatal impact on the economic development of power companies and even the entire society. Therefore, equipment maintenance and upkeep are important in the operation of Transformer distribution box.
1. Maintenance should start from the low voltage side of the transformer. After the Stainless steel distribution box is powered off, clean the dust inside the cabinet, check whether the busbar and down lead connections are good, whether the joint points are overheating and discolored, check whether the cable heads and terminal heads are firm and reliable, whether the grounding wire is rusted, and whether the terminal heads are tightened. All secondary circuit connections are reliable and the insulation meets the requirements.
2. When checking the drawer switch, the drawer switch cabinet should be flexible when pushed in or pulled out, and the mechanical locking should be reliable. Check if the automatic air switch operating mechanism on the drawer cabinet is in place and if the wiring screws are tightened. Clean the surface and surrounding dirt of the contactor contacts, and check if the contactor contacts are intact. If the contact is poor, if necessary, the surface of the contact can be trimmed slightly. If the contact is severely corroded (the contact wears down to 1/3 of its original thickness), the contact should be replaced. The power indicator and light are intact and undamaged.
3. When repairing the capacitor cabinet, the first step is to disconnect the main switch of the capacitor cabinet and discharge the capacitors one by one with wires of 10mm ² or more. The appearance inspection shows that the shell is in good condition and there is no oil leakage. If the capacitor casing expands, it should be dealt with promptly by replacing the wiring screws and grounding devices of the discharge device and control circuit. After closing, debug the indication part and automatic compensation part.
4. Maintenance of circuit breakers in receiving cabinets and contact cabinets: First disconnect all loads, then shake the circuit breakers with a handle. Re tighten the wiring screws and check if the elasticity of the blade meets the requirements. If the arc extinguishing grid is broken or damaged, manually adjust the mechanical interlock switch to ensure accuracy and check if the contact is in good contact. If necessary, repair the surface of the file contact and inspect the internal springs, washers, and screws for looseness, deformation, and detachment.
