Press the start button on the electrical cabinet to close the circuit breaker, and then check if the three-phase voltage is balanced abnormally. If the three-phase voltage is significantly unbalanced or the voltage value exceeds 10% of the normal value, report to the production and operation department and have the maintenance electrician handle it.

2. After the main switch of the Complete set of distribution cabinet is turned on, rotate the auxiliary switch of the contact switch (busbar) to the position corresponding to the operating transformer, turn on the contact cabinet switch, and turn on the power switch of the pollution removal room distribution room (note: the two control switches are controlled by the dual power automatic switching device). If the first attempt fails and the second attempt fails, it will be reported to the production and operation department and handled by the maintenance electrician.

3. The loads such as water pumps and rotating disc aerators can only be opened after the main switch of the power receiving cabinet and the switch of the connecting cabinet are completely closed.

4. The on duty electrician checks and records every hour, carefully observing, listening, and smelling, and promptly reports any problems found. In case of emergency situations such as overheating, odor, or even smoking of the contactor, the power should be cut off immediately and reported. During the handling process, attention should be paid to personal safety and a firm belief that personal safety is a safety concept should be established.

5. The on duty electrician can only operate the equipment in standby mode, and is prohibited from operating the equipment in standby mode. Proper protective measures should be taken during operation, and drunk operation is prohibited.
